Time Space

Time Space is an original edition wall art print exclusive to CodaCo.

At its most basic level, time space refers to the idea that time and space are not separate and distinct, but are rather two aspects of a single, unified entity. This means that changes in time can also affect changes in space, and vice versa. For example, Einstein’s theory of relativity showed that time can be stretched or compressed by the presence of gravity. This means that objects that are closer to a massive body, like the Earth, will experience time more slowly than objects that are further away. This is known as time dilation, and it is a direct result of the way that time and space are interconnected. Similarly, the expansion of the universe means that as the universe grows, so does the distance between objects in space. This means that the passage of time is affected by the expansion of space, and the two are intimately linked. It leaves me wondering if time space is infinite or finite but growing. If finite, I imagine it’s outer limits look like a cumulus nimbus cloud expanding the known universe.
